Description

We are currently recruiting for a Membership Advisor for a prestigious sports facility in the Watford area. This is a multi-faceted, newly opened, site with extensive high-quality facilities. This role involves driving memberships numbers, converting leadsand actively undertake outreach campaigns. This role is a temporary role for 6-8 weeks with the potential opportunity for permanent job offer after assignment.

This role is suited to a well-rounded confident & outgoing individual with experience in working to targets in fitness or another sector.

The main duties for this role would include:

Generate leads for prospective new members
Proactively undertake Outreach activity such as attend local events, working with local business, staff outreach stands in local communities to promote the club and generate leads
Ensuring all incoming enquiries are responded to quickly
Converting leads to sales in a timely and professional manner
Carrying out tours and signup new members
Working to targets as an individual to achieve daily targets
You will be required to work a mixture of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
