About The Role:


The Technology Division at MO is going through an exciting period of change as we look to transition to a Product and Data led function.

Working closely with the Technology leadership team and workstream leads, this new role will be pivotal in supporting developing and driving change interventions across people, processes, and ways of working.

As Change manager, you will collaborate across all workstreams to create and plan change strategies ensuring a consistent delivery of change outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment and organisational readiness.


The Technology division at MO is going through exciting transformation and this team has overall responsibility for the delivery of technology at MO, working collaboratively to meet the needs of the customer and strategic business objectives.


About You:

As Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for:


Change Management:

  • Championing change across the Technology division, with particular focus on Product and Data
  • Maintaining oversight of all change interventions across Technology, developing strategies and plans, and ensuring consistent delivery of change initiatives aligned to Technology Transformation goals
  • Ensure the master change plan is considered and impact assessed in relation to audience and business readiness analysis
  • Working collaboratively with the Technology leadership team to ensure changes are enhancing our culture and delivering successful outcomes

Business Readiness:

  • Undertake change impact assessments and evaluate business readiness ensuring proposed interventions will drive the right outcomes
  • Liaise with the training coordinator to understand the appropriate timing and requirements for training to support employees development and upskill as appropriate

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • In collaboration with the Technology leadership team and workstream leads, develop and execute communication plans, ensuring transparency and effective engagement across the business
  • Foster collaboration and through partnership and develop an understanding of the change workstream initiatives value and impact
  • Utilise and coordinate the existing change champion network to ensure alignment
  • Provide guidance on change execution and intervention selection

Reporting:

  • Identify and clearly communicate risks relating to meeting workstream change objectives and developing mitigation strategies to manage them
  • Identify and track the measure of success for change, regularly reporting these to the Technology senior leadership team and workstream leads
  • Reviewing and assessing change interventions post implementation to track & measure success

Minimum criteria:

  • Proven experience in managing large transitions & change programmes
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to understand & communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, and technical teams
  • Exceptional business partnering, negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills to foster partnerships and collaboration
  • Leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, influencing, decisionmaking, and problemsolving abilities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with the capability to solve problems and make datadriven decisions
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Experience with managing multiworkstream deliverables simultaneously
  • Experience in working in Technology or Product organisation is a plus
