Manual labourer required for cargo and groundworks in the area of EPSOM KT18 6LP UK

Skills and responsibilities:

Strong manual skills
Handle and transport materials (lead) and equipment (shovels, rakes, brooms and handsaws)
Ability to use hand and power tools (brush cutter, chainsaws, electric clippers or power tillers)
Operate a motor vehicle to transport materials and equipment, as appropriate, to the position.
Ability to perform grounds maintenance tasks.
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks.
Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job such as lifting heavy loads.
Good handeye coordination
Interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Health and physical fitness
Flexibility
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety rules.

Requirements:

Ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety.
Report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers, or which you think may affect health and safety.
Residing/living close to the working area is a must.
Ensure own transport (owing a vehicle is preferred).

Education:

The job does not require a formal education however applicants must speak Spanish and/or Romanian.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years working as labourer or gardener.

Hours:

Your working hours will be a total of 37.5 hours a week.

Applicants will be expected to work as and when is necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.

Salary:
£15.00 per hour
