To be considered, you'll have a year or so of experience in a high-energy premium bar or high-volume, high-end restaurant bar, alongside a huge passion for incredible service, provenance & all things people & planet.

Our Bar Legends:

Prepare, prepare & prepare the bar for all the magic to happen with brilliance & speed during service
Make & serve drinks to the Hub Box specs always & without waste
Ensure the bar is beautifully stocked & replenished
Adhere to all food safety & quality nonnegotiables
Maintain a sparkly clean bar & work area, disposing of the right things in the right places, & washing glasses, utensils & equipment
Deliver knockyoursocksoff customer service with smiles, chat & pace, always
