ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
We are looking for an intern to join our Trade Systems Team for BAT UK.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support for our Combustibles and Potentially Risk Reduced Products.
This role will provide a deep insight into the running of the BAT UK trade team and will support the execution of trade campaigns within the Independent and Organised trade channels.
The role encompasses supporting the Trade Systems team and will also include the handling of reporting and execution of operational tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry and driven individual looking to gain a wide array of exposure into the running of a large organisation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support with Field Force KPI tracking in line with trade systems requirements
- Follow through on campaign execution to ensure execution is delivered with excellence
- Build informative presentations about results for the Trade Leadership Team to promote factbased decision making
- Support the field teams with administrative tasks to support the execution of the cycle campaign
- Support and resolve any system issue as appear across every platform
- Support the field team with system trainings
- Ensure the databases are maintained at the highest standards and frequent checks take place to identify opportunities for improvement
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Have completed or are on the verge of completing a Bachelors' Degree
- Experience in roles requiring proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Have completed or are on the verge of completing a Bachelors' Degree
BENEFICIAL
- Experience with MS Power BI
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience from a large organisation with exposure to Marketing, Systems, Trade or equivalent
