We are a strong and well-respected local charity with an ambitious plan to expand so that we can do more for carers.

Our staff are our most precious resource who make a difference in carers lives, whether they support someone caring for another adult in the family, a parent caring for a child with additional needs or a child who has caring responsibilities.


Carers in Bedfordshire's mission is to give carers access to the knowledge, skills and support that enables them to remain in a caring role for as long as they choose.

This role will deliver effective operational leadership of the finance and administration services functions of Carers in Bedfordshire.


Working with the Business Manager to identify and deliver plans to ensure the finance and support service functions within CIB are effective, and deliver best value, in facilitating the charity to achieve its objectives both currently and in the future.
