Caretaker Position in Norwich

Key Responsibilities:


Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the upkeep of our facilities to the highest standards, including routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.


Groundskeeping:
Take charge of maintaining the outdoor spaces, including gardens and walkways, to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.


Cleaning and Sanitization:
Execute thorough cleaning protocols to provide a clean and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.


Requirements:


Handyman Skills:
Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks and repairs.


Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and order.


Reliability:
Punctual and dependable in carrying out responsibilities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
