Who you are
- Experience in a customer service role is essential (Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre we're keen to chat with you)
- Experience / ability to lead / mentor other team members and assist the Team manager
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Well organised with a high attention to detail
- Selfdriven with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively complete tasks
- Willing to listen and learn
About the role
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for helping to resolve our customer queries, always providing an excellent standard of customer service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Answering inbound telephone calls from customers
- Make outbound calls to customers that have requested a call back
- Provide excellent customer service both verbally and written
- Provide full customer support for our range of telephone and broadband products
This role is:
- Permanent
- Full time
- Officebased would not suit someone who cannot get to the office
- Working hours: 08:3017:30, Monday to Friday.
- Some evenings and weekends
- Overtime available
