Who you are

  • Experience in a customer service role is essential (Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre we're keen to chat with you)
  • Experience / ability to lead / mentor other team members and assist the Team manager
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident speaking on the phone
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail
  • Selfdriven with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively complete tasks
  • Willing to listen and learn

About the role


As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for helping to resolve our customer queries, always providing an excellent standard of customer service.


Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Answering inbound telephone calls from customers
  • Make outbound calls to customers that have requested a call back
  • Provide excellent customer service both verbally and written
  • Provide full customer support for our range of telephone and broadband products

This role is:


  • Permanent
  • Full time
  • Officebased would not suit someone who cannot get to the office
  • Working hours: 08:3017:30, Monday to Friday.
  • Some evenings and weekends
  • Overtime available
