Description

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure that the payments received by cash, debit cards or cheques are correct
  • Provide excellent service when dealing with customer enquiries
  • Complete visa delivery process ensuring applicants receive correct passport and visa
  • Produce regular reports to Management
  • Ensure accuracy of data input on the system
  • Ensuring relevant documents from applicants are correct
  • Return passports by post and packing should strictly following the Work Process Procedures
  • Deliver and collect applicants' documents by driving the company car to/from the Consulate on a daily basis

Requirements:


  • Degree educated in Finance, Business, Accounting or other equivalent
  • Customer service and cashier work experience
  • Data management experience
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • UK driving licence is required
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
