Our clients a well-respected independent estate agent are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their close-knit team in the Norwich area.

This role is part of a team who co-ordinate activities in support of the Valuation & Survey Department, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales operations.

Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to members of the public as well as estate agents,solicitors, accountants and other property professionals

As a Customer Service Executive your role will involve:

To observe customer confidentiality and to ensure that a professional service is provided at all times.
To provide administration support to the Chartered Surveyors through diary management and preappointment preparation to ensure that the Surveyors complete the maximum amount of appointments with minimum mileage each day.
To manage and support inbound and outbound calls providing customer support and working alongside the Chartered Valuation Surveyors as part of a Valuation & Survey Operations Team.

To be considered for the role you must have:

Experience in a telesales environment
Experience in Estate Agency
A team player, but with individual flair
Computer literate with an ability to use Word and Excel

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
You may be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays based from home.
Every Saturday you work, you will receive a day off in lieu.
Our client will also consider an applicant on a parttime basis working Monday to Wednesday and alternate Saturdays.

Our client is offering the successful Customer Service Executive:

£21,000 basic
Realistic OTE of £31,000 uncapped
Ongoing training and support
