This role is working for Arborisk Insurance, part of Bartlett Group.

The Role:


  • Working within your delegated authority to ensure the best outcome for the client.
  • Aiming for maximum retention for clients with existing business.
  • Providing comprehensive risk presentations to include pricing rationale and recommendations.
  • Servicing existing clients with cover queries and midterm changes.
  • Proactively dealing with any renewals that require manual intervention.
  • Capitalising on new business (inbound) opportunities while consistently meeting client needs.
  • Negotiating with underwriters, clients and insurers.
  • Ensuring that client needs are identified and met.
  • Following agreed learning plan to encourage personal development and growth.
