Sociable working hours (Mon to Fri 9am till 5pm) with agile working.
OTE compensation £27,500 £33,000 (including quarterly bonus scheme based on your results).

The Role:

Working within your delegated authority to ensure the best outcome for the client.
Aiming for maximum retention for clients with existing business.
Providing comprehensive risk presentations to include pricing rationale and recommendations.
Servicing existing clients with cover queries and midterm changes.
Proactively dealing with any renewals that require manual intervention.
Capitalising on new business (inbound) opportunities while consistently meeting client needs.
Negotiating with underwriters, clients and insurers.
Ensuring that client needs are identified and met.
Following agreed learning plan to encourage personal development and growth.
