Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Northampton NN5

Permanent

Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)

Early shifts available, with lunch time finish on Fridays

£30,000 (plus annual bonus)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this is a brand new role, created due to an increase in sales for this International manufacturer.

Their products are brought in from overseas for refurbishment and then shipped back - so experience of Import/ Exportwould be beneficial.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Coordinator include:

Manage inventory levels, reviewing and adjusting as required
Take ownership of post Brexit shipping data of both inbound & outbound shipments
Managing HMRC requirements
Set up & review Bill of Materials within the SAP system
Analysis of both customer & supplier KPI's
Provide support to the manufacturing & logistics function to ensure orders are delivered on time
Expediting incoming parts and deal with lead time enquiries
Maintain the SAP master data

To be successful in the role of the Supply Chain Coordinator you must have:

Supply chain/ logistics experience gained within a manufacturing/engineering
Import / Export experience would be ideal
Demonstrate good numeracy and reporting skills
Strong IT skills, preferably have used an SAP/ ERP system
Personable and strong communicator
