Description

In this role you will be leading and developing client accounts within publications, medical education, and digital projects across a range of therapy areas.

You will provide your strategic insight and leadership, mentor your teams, and have the opportunityto be involved in the expansion of the business in assigned accounts and with new clients.

This is an excellent chance to contribute to the management of the business with the opportunity to join the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to assigned accounts and oversee the delivery of programmes of work, which could include publications, medical education and digital projects
Lead the active expansion of the business in allocated accounts and be involved with new business opportunities with new clients
Manage and develop direct reports and support wider company staff training and development

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Proven leadership in a medical communications agency environment and experience with the development, mentoring, and coaching of junior colleagues
Strong financial acumen
Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly Medical Affairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
