The WonderBar & Colonel Porters are recruiting an experienced Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator to come and join our team full-time.

We have two diverse venues with a lot to offer and events are a big part of the social calendar.

Our aim is to give our customers a memorable experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

As well as planning, coordination, and execution of sales and promotional events.

You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive brand awareness, increase online presence, and generate leads. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings/events.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on target audience, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Create digital assets and creative materials.
  • Implement and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media ads.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the marketing team in organising and executing online events and promotions.

Experience:

Proven experience 1 year in sales and digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and will involve working around business needs.
