Description

To practise as a highly specialist clinical practitioner, being a source of expertise, providing support, supervision, teaching, advice and consultation across BNSSG.

To offer highly specialist clinical expertise for babies and young children with Dysphagia carrying own highly specialist case load within this specified clinical area.

The post holder will provide highly specialist support to babies and young children presenting with dysphagia on discharge from hospital into the community.

To provide expert second opinion and support to clinical staff in regards to this clinical specialism.

Working alongside the Clinical Lead for Dysphagia to monitor and report on activity and performance for this cohort of children

To work alongside Clinical Lead for dysphagia to develop and improve service delivery for this cohort of children, ensuring services are high quality and evidence based.
