Trainee Sourcing Consultant (school-leaver)

20k Base salary plus commission**
Based in South London (Wimbledon)

January start dates

We are looking for someone to fill our Trainee Sourcing Consultant role, working for an industry leader in data and analytics with great progression opportunities and excellent training.

The role will include:

Phone screening CVs
Process/Account Management
Placement Negotiations

You should have:

A drive to become a recruitment consultant
Excellent communication skills
A levels, BTECs or an apprenticeship (no degree needed)

We can offer you:

20k base salary (rising to
22k and then
25k as the trainee position progresses)
