What's the role?
We're looking for a full-time Customer Care Expert with excellent organisational and administrative skills, a positive friendly attitude, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Interacting with B2C and potential B2B customers
- Interacting with the merchandising and operations team to continually improve the customer experience
- Looking for ways to go "above and beyond" to make our customers happy
years of working in customer service or a similar role
- Confidence in using software such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Office, and Microsoft Suite
- The ability to prioritise and escalate queries to the right departments
- You've worked on one or more of these systems
