What's the role?

We're looking for a full-time Customer Care Expert with excellent organisational and administrative skills, a positive friendly attitude, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

You will report directly to the Customer Care Manager, where you will assist with the daily operations by:

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Interacting with B2C and potential B2B customers
• Interacting with the merchandising and operations team to continually improve the customer experience
• Looking for ways to go "above and beyond" to make our customers happy

Key Skills and Knowledge
years of working in customer service or a similar role

• Confidence in using software such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Office, and Microsoft Suite
• The ability to prioritise and escalate queries to the right departments
• You've worked on one or more of these systems
  :Zendesk and Shopify:
• You must have the right to work in the UK
