We are working with a Global Medical Aesthetic company based in London who are looking for a Sales & Office Admin with lots of energy and drive to support all areas of the business.

With a fun and dynamic culture and scope to grow with the business they are looking for someone to be responsible for:

  • Providing operational support to the finance and operations Manager.
  • Assist with the preparation of billing reports
  • Support with customer orders, invoices and credit collection
  • Manage the product ordering process liaising with supply chain
  • Distribution of samples and marketing materials
  • Support the finance manager with HR duties
