An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Senior PMO Associate.This position will require providing Project Management support to the Project Manager and Program Lead for a large scale Planisware build.
Project Management (75%)
- Strong technical ability with Project Management tools such as MS Project
- Support the Senior PM (based in the US) with organising meetings, taking meeting notes, updating the RAID log, maintaining the Program G.Share area, and Program communications as required
PMO (25%)
- Advanced level MS Office skills (in particular Excel, Teams, Word)
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, to tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years PM experience (Senior Associate level)
- Preparing templates and tools in MS programs
- SharePoint experience, permissions, document management etc
- Ability to update existing SharePoint sites
Desirable / Essential Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Project Management experience is essential
- An understanding of processes within regulated industries e.g. banking, insurance, healthcare etc
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 is essential
- Risk management experience
- Change management experience
This is will be an initial 12 month contract (likely to extend), under a hybrid working model (X3 days per week onsite, X2 days remote) based on Cambridge site and inside IR35.
