We are a continually growing team recognised within the UK Technology market for being highly specialised and successful.

We have previously underwritten risks of up to 25m in turnover which has increased to 100m and are always looking for opportunities to branch out into writing larger risks.

We are consistently exploring developing technology and looking for new ways to underwrite risk.
About the role

Our UK technology underwriting team is at the forefront of underwriting UK SME emerging technology risks and has enjoyed rapid growth over the last few years.
The available role is for an Assistant Underwriter. Our Assistant Underwriters work predominantly on our renewable business, however, are also given the opportunity to work on some new business.
You will consider submissions for technology businesses domiciled in the UK and be able to offer a crossclass package policy solution including E&O, Cyber, Public & Products Liability, Employers Liability and Property. You will be required to respond to and manage enquiries from brokers in a timely and professional manner, producing new and renewal quotations within agreed SLAs and documenting underwriting rational.
Our Assistant Underwriters are encouraged to seek out and proactively develop new broker relationships and to work with the Underwriters in managing our key partner relationships.

We are looking for driven, selfstarters with a strong work ethic who can contribute to a fastpaced working environment. You will be analytical with strong attention to detail but also able to reach conclusions quickly and make effective decisions. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be comfortable interacting with many different internal and external stakeholders.Core Values
