JOB PURPOSE:

An opportunity has become available to join an award winning team in the luxury holiday letting industry.

We are looking to recruit a part time maintenance operative to support our portfolio of luxury holiday accommodation throughout Cornwall.

This part time, position would suit a multi-skilled tradesmen that takes great pride in doing a job to a very high standard and is motivated by carrying out a variety of work, week in and week out.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrics
  • Painting and decorating
  • Plastering and patch plastering,
  • Tiling
  • General maintenance
  • Ability to complete daily job reports and timesheets
  • Ability to work unsupervised and a full clean driving license is essential.

ADDITIONAL FACTORS

  • Permanent part time position
  • Hours of work 10am to 6pm
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Provide cover for Out of Hours Emergencies on a rota basis

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Salary:
From £12,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Truro: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
