Our client, a
Franchised Dealership in the
Yeovil area has a fantastic opportunity for an Aftersales Advisor / Aftersales Consultant to join their team.

On Target Earnings:

Basic salary up to
£25,000 with an excellent commission structure, realistic earnings of
£30,000. Further benefits to be discussed during interview.

Experience Required: 2 years of Aftersales Advisor experience in an automotive environment. A full UK driving licence is necessary to be considered for this role.

What you will be doing as a Aftersales Advisor:

Qualify customer requirements via pre-visit call
Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
Arranging Onward Travel
Quoting additional work
Gaining authority
Upsell required items identified in the workshop
Upsell value added products
Invoicing
Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied
