H&H Mechanical is a high end residential/domestic heating and plumbing company that specialises in gas and plumbing installations which include high end, large, residential and domestic projects.

If you are Gas Safe registered and have gas experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a secure role offering some great rewards.

You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and "health checks" on our installations and ensuring thatour preventative maintenance programme is kept up to date and fully covered.

You'll also have the chance to get involved with site projects and plant room installations, increasing your skill set and scope of experience and meaning your role is more variedand engaging.

As a Gas Safe Registered Plumber, you will primarily be working as a "maintenance engineer" carrying out our planned maintenance visits within our clients "high end" properties, and servicing their gas appliances.

You may also be required to assist on siteprojects, in between the maintenance work, which will involve working on plant room installations on new build projects and refurbishments, this may also include 1st and 2nd fixes as part of your day-to-day work.

Specifically, you will:

Carry out Planned Maintenance Service Visits including checking all plumbing/heating components within each property and record onto report Excel spreadsheets.

Carrying out Gas Boiler Services and Landlords Gas Safety Inspections and complete certification.

General maintenance ; including call outs for heating system breakdowns/ issues with plumbing installations / leaks.

Undertake/assist with plant room installations

Carry out underfloor heating system installations and wiring and commissioning to the latest standards

To be considered as a Gas Safe Plumber, you will need:

• To be a "Gas Safe" registered Plumber
• Commercial gas experience is preferential but not essential
• A full driving licence
• Strong prioritisation skills
• A methodical approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Use initiative and complete tasks through to ordering parts, installing and finishing the job

Whilst not essential, knowledge of underfloor heating and experience of working with renewable heat pumps would be an advantage. Mechanical project management experience would also be beneficial.
