We have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join their team of staff in the Facilities department based in our National Enquiry Centre in Hillington, Glasgow.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Good IT/keyboard skills, proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
- Minimum of GSCE/Standard Grade Mathematics and English
- Data input experience required
- Excellent telephone communication manner
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Duties of this role include:
- To be an active member of the facilities team, involved in the day to day running of the department, providing an efficient and high quality materials management service to all internal customers and ensuring that the overall objectives of the facilities function are achieved
- Provide data processing services for the Engineering function in respect of a Maintenance Management system (MMS) and EBME Management system.
- Order spare and replacement parts for the Engineering teams
- Manage the administration of the ordering, consolidating and contract paperwork
- Copy and reconcile invoices against orders on accounts system
