Our client is a leading SEO marketing agency based in the heart of Liverpool Street.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic PA and Business Coordinator to supervise and lead their close-knit, sociable team as well as PA duties forthe Managing Director.


HOURS
:09:00-18:00pm

SALARY**:
£28,000-£35,000


LOCATION:
Based in London (a remote working style, in the office 2 days a week)**

This role is designed to support all aspects of the business, working largely across administration, key projects, marketing and sales


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Completing any tasks in which the Managing Director as and when required
  • Managing the Directors diary and supporting with day to day tasks
  • Supporting with the onboarding for new starters including creating welcome packages
  • Ensuring the team keep productive and managing the several projects in which they partake in
  • General administration including: taking minutes, recording details in CRM, creating pitch documents, running sales reports
  • Attending meetings as and when requested and producing minutes for the meetings
  • Preparing reports across the functions across project performance
  • Administering holiday requests, absences through the company system
  • Helping with sales enqueries, chasing purchase orders
  • Ensuring all tasks by team members are accounted for on the expected due dates
  • Ensuring that timesheets are completed

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


  • Previous PA experience to a Managing Director
  • Previous administration experience
  • Self sufficient and able to use their own initiative
  • Ideally a background in digital and Marketing (SEO)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and personable
  • Project management experience
