Description

Role -HCM Payroll Consultant

Location -Remote

Duration -6-month contract

Clearance -A higher level of government clearance would be preferred for this role, however those without the clearance will still be considered.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
Update systems with progress on incidents
Work with third parties to resolve incidents
Update config management and knowledge management databases
Support path to live release management and deployment

Highly Desirable skills for this role are:

Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, HCM (H2R) Payroll, Absence, Time & labour and Compensation
Configuration Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour (T&L) and Compensation
Configuration of OOTB reporting tools OTBI, FRC and knowledge of standard reports
Process knowledge of Payroll, T&L, Absence and Compensation
Preparation of functional specs for integration and reports
Experience of Level 2 and 3 support
Change management and enhancement deployment from test to production
