The Role
We are recruiting for a
Sales Administrator, working from home, as part of a sales team working remotely. On a fixed-term contract. Immediate Start - November 2023. Based in Manchester.


Skills and Experience Required
Collating survey information and producing a customer report from a template.

Providing administrative supporting to a busy sales team.

Good all-round administrative ability.

Great attention to detail.

Experience of arranging customer visits and managing the diaries of others, would be an advantage.

Confident and articulate phone manner.

Ideally practical or administrative knowledge of a sales process.

MS IT skills with a knowledge of cloud-based technologies and ideally a CRM.


General Information


Based from your home address, working Mon-Fri, this role needs a great deal of focus on producing a quality quote and plan of work for potential clients.

Working from established templates, downloading survey reports, drawings and photographs from the cloud.

Experience in a similar role is essential and full system training will be given to compliment your existing IT and systems knowledge.

This is a Fixed Term role from June - November.

You will need internet access and a basic working at home set up. IT, Screens and Telephone will be provided.


Salary and Benefits
Hourly Rate £ hours per week.
