We are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual who enjoys working in a busy, friendly, multi-disciplinary team environment to support us in the delivery of a quality service.
You will work collaboratively to provide full administrative services for Specialist Services, University College London Hospital at Queen Square.This is a permanent full
- time role with working hours of 37.5 hours a week. You will be expected to come to the office 5 days a week (Mon
- Fri 09:00 17:00).
In addition, you should have good organisation skills and administrative experiences are essential. You will be required have IT skills using Microsoft Office and have experience of similar NHS IT system.
As a member of our team, you will have high personal and professional standards and will seek to support those around you to deliver high quality services.
Role and responsibility:
improve RTT & DM01 for Specialist Services.
Work on wait lists for Specialist Services.
Provide cross cover when needed.
