    Our client is a leading women's fitness and nutrition app, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional to assist us through the busy period in the lead up to Christmas and potentially beyond.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional and memorable customer experiences across all channels
    • Represent the voice of the community within the business
    • Collate inspirational stories from community members
    • Work with key stakeholders to ensure the community receives correct education and identify areas of opportunity
    • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
    • Engage with community members across multiple channels to help them achieve their goals
    • Meet and exceed business and department SLA's
    • Report key customer trends with the Customer Experience team
    • Go above and beyond for the community and liaise with stakeholders to resolve member queries
    • Support the Customer Experience Lead with additional tasks to ensure best-in-class service

    Requirements:

    • Experience dealing with customers
    • High volume contact experience
    • Zendesk experience beneficial
    • High level of English grammar and spelling
    • Mac literate preferable but not essential
    • Interest in fitness/nutrition desirable

    Working Details:

    The selected candidate will start in early November. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm.

    Estimated salary: £15 per hour (£3,600 per month)
