Associate Producer
The Associate Producer reports directly to the Producer during the event.

In this role you will work with the producer to finalize all elements of the event including, but not limited to, assisting with speakers and talent, overseeing vendors, and managing timelines and logístical details.


Responsibilities

  • Assist producer with all aspects of production, including preproduction planning and logistics, vendor liaison, onsite execution, and contribution to postevent wrapup
  • Assist with managing event production timelines to ensure all teams are on schedule
  • Assist producer with budget reviews and vendor payouts
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
  • Participate in marketing brainstorm meetings and contribute to creative ideation, particularly representing the ontheground perspective
  • Research new vendors and experiences
  • Secure proper event permits and ensure insurance requirements are met (if necessary)
  • Duties on the day of the event include overseeing support staff, including specialists, vendors, talent and speakers/emcee
  • Act as event liaison between the client, vendors and production team
  • Monitor delivery of goods and services to ensure contract terms are satisfied
  • Work with and give guidance to production team involved in event planning and onsite execution
  • Create schedules, crew call sheets, etc for onsite event
  • Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the event
  • Other duties as required by producer

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, articulate, and professional while interacting with clients, accompanied by the sensibilities of working with production teams (from clients to vendors, artists' managers, venue staff, etc.)
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Detail oriented as it pertains to the larger event space
  • Experience working with talent, venues, vendors, production teams, etc.

Experience & Knowledge Required
years experience in event production and/or live performance and special event management

  • Familiarity with G Suite programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Discord
  • We require all staff while working on site be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and to follow all established event protocols.

Part-time


Pay:
From £40.00 per hour


COVID-19 considerations:


All persons will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for onsite work and will need to present a Vaccination Card at the venue.
