What we offer our Care Assistants:

Duties will include:


  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:


  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
  • Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am) or evening (from 4pm) and offer availability every other weekend
  • Commit to attending a 4day training course
  • Located within an 8 mile radius of Aylesbury
  • Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
