We work with big-name B2B tech and financial services companies on projects that require strong hand-holding, patience, healthy project and relationship management skills and high exacting standards.


Because we are only as good as the work we deliver, you will be a highly motivated, attentive to detail and responsible individual looking to shine as our HubSpot Implementation Specialist.

You will want to shape the delivery on HubSpot and review, update or redesign our processes where you see the opportunity.

We work across the HubSpot suite, so experience in Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS and Ops hubs is needed.


Our PM system is ClickUp and solid skills and knowledge of HubSpot APIs, custom objects, calculators, and association objects are required, as well as sound knowledge of the ClickUp project setup.

What is the Role? / Responsibilities


As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist at BIAS, I want you to know that you will be primarily responsible for the effective configuration and delivery of HubSpot projects for our clients.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of all client HubSpot portals
  • Support the internal and external sales and marketing teams' maximum adoption of HubSpot, including workflows, sequences, CRM optimisation, smart content, and setting up the demo account to support the sales process.
  • Ownership of the ClickUp platform, including the setup of projects, integration to HubSpot tickets and more
  • Staying abreast of the latest Hub developments and communicating those to the marketing and/or sales teams
  • Building deep rapport with our clients becoming their trusted advisor on all things HubSpot
  • Contributing to the marketing efforts for BIAS by taking part in demonstrations, webinars and newsletter updates
  • To define your first 90days to include how the business can best support you to success and viceversa
  • To maintain and deliver your KPIs and company OKRs
  • Partaking in the weekly standup calls, updating the team where you are with your work
  • To build and deliver reporting requirements for internal and external parties
  • Strong experience in developing and customising HubSpot CRM.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SaaS marketing and sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Solutiondriven; experience in mapping out solutions and implementation plans
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Minimum of two years of HubSpot experience, HubSpot training and certification preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating on calls (Zoom/Google Meet/Telephone)
  • Comfortable working with video, we prefer Vidyard or Loom to explain complex ideas or solutions
  • Exposure to working with Sales Enablement and Account-Based Marketing strategies on HubSpot
  • Strong HubSpot reporting skills
  • Experience working in small teams or startup environments is a plus

Salary:
£34,205.88-£40,000.00 per year
