Our unique service fully supports you to become a trained, QCAS-approved, independent Personal Assistant, supporting you to earn excellent hourly rates, flexible working hours and the chance to really make a difference to someone's life.


Through Hub Care Support you will:

  • Earn on average £20-£25 per hour
  • Have total control over your working day; choose the clients you work with and the type of support you provide
  • Manage your own work schedule around your lifestyle with the flexibility to work the hours you choose
  • Receive full support to become independent, fully trained Personal Assistant
  • Be sent work opportunities, and ongoing training opportunities, advice and guidance to build your own income
  • Avoid any of the downsides experienced working for an agency
  • Be part of a community of supportive quality Personal Assistants

Essential:


  • A caring & compassionate nature
  • A proactive and driven spirit
  • A conviction free criminal record
  • A driving licence and your own vehicle

Desirable:


  • Previous experience of care
Being independent needn't be feared with the support you'll receive from the Hub
