Bursar

Small friendly Infant School - Amersham Buckinghamshire - Bursar - Perm 4 days

Position: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a capable, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Bursar.
-
Responsibilities: Ensure the school office's smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, working closely with the Head Teacher. Oversee finance, HR, preschool administration, and premises.

Salary: Full-time equivalent salary is £26,645, with an actual salary of £15,63-
Working Hours: 4 days per week, 25 hours per week, for 40 weeks per year. Possibility of holiday work as required.

About the Role:

Finance and Administration: Oversee finance, HR, preschool administration, and premises.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team, and Governing Body to contribute financial expertise supporting the school's strategic vision and aims.


Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience working in a busy office, preferably within an educational setting.

Skills: Excellent IT, literacy, and numeracy skills are essential.

Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Attitude: A friendly, flexible, and professional approach, with excellent communication skills.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential matters with sensitivity.
