What you'll do: Lead and unify the EMEA Duty Safeguard Team — oversee and coordinate the three core functions: Duty Safeguard (technical/system oversight), QDA (data & analytics), and GIOC Operations (AML execution), ensuring alignment, performance, and regulatory readiness across EMEA;
Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance or related discipline;7-10 years experience in AML financial crime compliance including leadership position background in banking fintech or payments preferred;
