The Executive Head Teacher for St Joseph's Junior and Infant School is seeking to appoint a dynamic Bursar to work in partnership with The Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust, the Executive Head teacher, and Senior Leadership team across 2 of our Academy Schools, to continue to develop and secure the very best outcomes for all our children realising our Academy's vision, 'every child to reach their God given potential'.

- have excellent financial and management skills
- have high level of organisational skills
- have Human Resources experience and knowledge
- have leadership styles that will inspire, motivate, and support staff
- be able to lead and manage change
- have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is a team player, who has the knowledge, skills and experience and would welcome the opportunity to shape the business and administrative functions of the school
- contribute to the vision and mission of the school and the Academy Trust
