DC Express Ltd offers our customers a UK same day and overnight service complimented with an international courier service, throughout Europe and Worldwide.
We are members of the renowned APC (Alternative Parcels Company) for overnight deliveries, who offer excellent service levels.We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Warwick.
The Customer Service Representative role is a permanent, full time position Monday - Friday and you will also be required to work one Saturday in every month.
- Assist customers registered online with queries to process their orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently to maximise customer satisfaction
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Learn the product range and how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
- Liaise with intercompany departments and our external partners to arrange collections, deliveries
- Work as part of the Customer services team to promote positive company profile
- Assist financial department with customer delivery pricing queries of consignments
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
