  • Daytoday management of the Group's supported living schemes
  • Provide tenancy management services to all tenants, and to deal with low level tenancy enforcement issues.
  • Ensure schemes are managed in relation to the specific requirements outlined in any management or project agreement and property leases where applicable.
  • Work closely with staff from the Supported Living Income Collection Team to ensure effective collection of monies owed in relation to rechargeable repairs, and to provide any information they may need to pursue rent arrears and former tenant arrears.
