Building Surveyor (6 month contract - with view to go permanent)


We're working with a social housing provider who are looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to their asset management team.

The ideal person will have a track-record surveying commercial buildings within a social housing environment.

The general duties would be to deliver minor works and small capital projects specific to Building Assets properties at various portfolios within the Authority (e.g. Education, Social Services, Aneurin Leisure etc.). This will involve working closely with clients, contractors and other various technical teams.


The work is generally reactive with an element of planned works, we are a small team who are looking to expand to meet the clients needs.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£18.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
