£21,000 - £25,000 (Depending upon experience)

Days / Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client is a long standing independent family run business that specialise in the sale, letting and management of residential and commercial properties.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join their small dedicated team in our friendly office in West Bridgford.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing literature is up to date for vacant properties
Follow up viewings and feedback to landlord
Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
Process contracts
Ensure that property maintenance issues are resolved in a timely & cost effective manner (including safety certs etc)
Process appointments and feedback to landlord
Chase arrears
Deal with customer enquiries effectively
Ensure focus on own development
Resolve complaints
Escalate queries outside of own authority level
Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
Attention to all H&S issues, including hazard and accident reporting

Key Attributes:

Organised and efficient, well presented
IT skills, including use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
A clean driving licence and will use car to travel locally to property inspections
Experience in property lettings and management
