  • Job Role:
  • Operator Sealants but you would be required to move into other areas as per business requirements.
  • Working hours:
  • 42 hours per week (Shift: 6am to 3pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 6am to 12noon)
  • Reporting lines
  • Job holder will report to Production Team Leaders
    Responsibilities
  • Objectives of the role
  • To operate process plant and equipment, in an efficient manner to maximise process output
  • To participate in the continuous improvement activity to assure the sites efficiency, driving down
manufacturing costs, waste materials and controlling the 7 wastes.

  • Key areas of responsibility
  • Safe operation of plant and equipment, maintaining excellent housekeeping controls
  • Maintain controls of raw materials to maximise use, reduce waste and control stock accuracy
  • Work alongside the management team to improve Health, Safety and Environmental obligations,
protecting the business and staff

  • Maximising production on time in full to the production schedule
