Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst

4C Strategies, International

Role Overview


You will be joining an international operations team supporting day-to day operations in our Business Entity International, based in either our Central London office in Victoria or our office in Warminster, Wiltshire.

You will report into the PMO Director and play an integral part in supplying operations support to our International Business Entity.

This will require close collaboration with Project Managers, the Operations Director, and Sales Directors and also your peer PMO Analyst in Stockholm.


Responsibilities:


Conduct project reviews on areas such as project profitability, project progress, quality, client satisfaction, staffing issues and need for prioritization between projects.

Support the process of management reporting on staffing and projects to ensure data is available for business reviews.
Coordinate staffing and communication between projects (from point of sale to delivery).

Contribute to the development of project related processes, methods, tools, templates, and systems to support an efficient delivery to the customer.

Onboard and train project managers in our own project model.

Required experience


Experience of similar roles such as Project Management Office (PMO) roles, with a strong understanding of projects and business acumen a must.

Experience in training and coaching others.
High proficiency in the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Very good skills, and ability to express yourself well, in spoken and written English.
Bachelor's degree within relevant field of studies or other relevant higher education or relevant knowledge gained through experience
Previous experience from a consulting and/or software company would be seen as an advantage.

This role is based at either our Warminster or Victoria offices and applicant should note that there will be a requirement to frequently travel between offices to support Project Managers.

Please note a requirement for this role is that you can, or have the ability to, live and work in the UK.
