Hooray are proud to be supporting a local charity to assist in the recruitment for a Registered Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis

As a Registered Manager you will:

Assess & select individuals to provide care and support services
Monitor the needs of individuals on a regular basis and liaise with other professionals to find suitable additional services
Be responsible for the selection, recruitment and induction of staff
Ensure that individual staff are supported and receive training and development in line with any individual needs and the needs of the charity
Effectively manage the use of the financial resources for the services
Develop the business plan and take responsibility for relevant business performance

To be successful as a Registered Manager you will:

Have experience of successfully managing services
Be confident in leading successful teams
Hold a ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management or RMA Level 4

In return my client is offering an annual salary up to £35,000 per annum.
