The Company recruiting for the Trainee Commercial Building Restoration Technician:

The Role of theTrainee Commercial Building Restoration Technician:

Based from home, you will be covering a large territory daily with a larger team, visiting a range of damaged commercial and industrial properties based within the building & construction sector, You will be responsible for beginning the restoration process.

The role involves some hands on & physical work, including stripping out large commercial and industrial properties, as well as using & transporting specialist machinery such as dehumidifiers, pumps & fans to monitor the property & limit long term complications.39 hours per week before overtime.

Note; this role will require frequent stops away from home.

Experienced in building and construction or have a keen DIY and hands on background
Ideally have building restoration experience, but training can be provided
A full driving license with no more than 6 points
Able / happy to undergo a basic DBS check

The Package for the Trainee Commercial Building Restoration Technician:

Full time, permanent position up to £12.50ph; equivalent to £25,350 Basic Salary
