Java Full Stack Developer

Location:
Blackburn (BB1)

Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

The Role:

Our client is a market leader in traceability and weighing systems that are used by the UK's top food production manufacturers as well as other markets including cash, courier, healthcare, and industrial.

They are seeking to recruit a tech-savvy
Full Stack Developer to work from their head office-based location.

Duties:

Working with frontend development language JavaScript utilising ReactJS, NodeJS and Eclipse
Working with backend Java utilising a Spring Boot framework.
Working with databases such as MySQL utilising Spring Boot, Eclipse, and Java
Working with Windows and Linux development environments
Helping shape the product from definition to release.
Contributing to the technical architecture planning.
Contributing to software design, implementation, and optimisation.
Building end to end features, fix bugs, improve infrastructure.

Must-Have:

Knowledge of the following software stack (JavaScript, , React, Eclipse).
Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, XML, jQuery)
Experience with Java.
Experience with MySQL or similar.
Experience with Springboot framework.
Knowledge of objectorientated design and design patterns.
Experience of Hibernate and RDB persistence mapping.
Experience of working with source control systems (GIT)
Experience working with Maven and other build tools.

Skills Needed:

Software Development / Software Engineer Degree 2:1 Min
Some knowledge or experience with multiplatform development languages
Web, iOS, Android, Windows etc.
Knowledge of working practices and design methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall

Schedule:

No remote days
Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.00pm
