Salary:
Competitive and dependant on experience

Contract Type: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • We are looking for a positive and confident individual who has a proven track record in handling administrative tasks of all kinds to an excellent standard.
  • As an advocate for great Carma, you will be customer centric, have fantastic attention to detail and be an impressive communicator with a willingness to learn.
What does the role involve?

  • This role is all about helping to understand our customer's experience and we need someone who is able to input, process and review data to help identify the root cause of a customer's issue, spotting key trends.
  • You will need strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks according to business needs and deadlines.
  • Some customer interaction should be expected as required, and you will be a fantastic listener who is able to record details accurately.
  • In summary, your communication skills will be excellent and you will be empathetic, genuine and attentive.

Responsibilities:


  • Review responses
  • Organisation and analysis of data including calls, complaints and costs
  • Social media responses
  • Supporting with the collation of information for complaints
  • Logging, updating and following up of escalated complaints
  • Call listening
  • Other administrative tasks as required
What skills or experience do you need to join the team?

  • Administration experience
  • Experience of a customer experience / customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Experience using all Microsoft programmes, including Excel and PowerPoint, would be advantageous
