    Description

    Training Administrator – L&D

    This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in organising and coordinating training that ensures employees are safe, skilled, and successful in their roles.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join our growing Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in training administration or a similar role and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinating compliance, core, and specialist training, both in-house and external
    • Managing relationships with training providers, booking venues, and issuing joining instructions
    • Overseeing eLearning programs and tracking completion rates
    • Supporting new starters with training requirements and maintaining accurate records
    • Handling general training administration and enquiries

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in training administration or a similar role
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Experience using HR software (HRIS/HRLMS) and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask

    Desirable Skills

    • Knowledge of training requirements in construction, engineering, or logistics
    • Familiarity with LGV Driver CPC, CSCS card schemes, or FORS requirements
