What you'll do

You will be the main point of contact for clients arranging a funeral, providing support and guidance.
You will help clients understand the products and services available to them ensuring their individual needs are met whilst considering their budget, whether this be for an atneed funeral or a prepaid funeral plan.
You will produce and complete all paperwork relevant to the funerals you arrange including statutory paperwork for crematoriums and cemeteries, along with letters and estimates for clients. All paperwork must be completed accurately and on time.
You will hand over detailed instructions to the allocated Funeral Director who will conduct the funerals you have arranged.
You will be expected to arrange prepaid funeral plans, covering all clientele in the Head Office region.
You will maintain an accurate record of any cash received at branch whether this be a funeral payment or charitable donation.
You will ensure your branch is kept clean and tidy, maintaining the high standards and immaculate presentation that we expect from all our branches.
This role reports to the Funeral Director Manager.

Experience you need

Strong customer service background preferred.
Able to multi task, plan and keep up with administration for each funeral.
This will require FCA regulatory employment checks including a standard DBS check.
