The role:
Internal Sales Account Manager

Location:
Glasgow


Salary:
up to £26k


Responsibilities:


  • Identify opportunities and maximise revenue from account portfolio.
  • Regular phone calls to key stakeholders within defined customer accounts.
  • Compilation of pricing agreements and quotes in accordance with commercial team guidance.
  • Assist with resolving any customer queries and manage customer debt.
  • Update customers quarterly on their account spend to enhance revenue growth.
  • Ensure that the customer loss and damage charges are dealt with in a timely manner in conjunction with Operations.
  • Updating customer contact database.
  • Record all customer calls accurately on CLM.
  • Preparation and submission of reports to Internal Sales Manager, as required.
Targets

  • Target achievement via revenue from specified customers in line with budget and objectives
  • Ensure aged debt exceeding 60 days from payment terms is below 5% of total debt
  • No backlog of outstanding loss and damage charges
  • Meet or exceed monthly minimum call rate
  • Meeting deadlines for all routine and bespoke tasks
  • Production of reports etc, to standard and schedule
  • Ongoing management appraisal
