If you are at the start of your career and are seeking a position as a Service Desk Administrator then this role could be for you.

Some of your duties will include:

Inputting details of client maintenance requirement onto job portal
Monitoring jobs on portal to ensure that service level agreement are met
Updating portal with established time of engineers arrival for open calls
Collating information and preparing morning and afternoon reports for Regional Coordinators
Preparing weekly and monthly reports and completing KPI reports for management team
